Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Rollaway bed fee: GBP 15.0 per day

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

Minimum check-in age: 21

- Quiet hours after 23:00. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage) - A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged - Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. - If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. -In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID
