This is a great place to stay for its location, decent rooms and well maintained building. It was nice to have the morning coffee, though it could be extended. Lots of great restaurants and bars all down Ventura Ave., especially to the east. Good value.

It is a motel which the app didn’t say. It has a high ratings despite the rooms being gross , windows open at street level with no locks, beds old and uncomfortable, not a comfortable stay mentally or physically. The staff was the only highlight. Very nice and helpful staff. I would never stay again.

I can understand the big chain Hotels charging to park, but come on if people are choosing to lodge there at least disclose that part before people decide to book. If people are choosing to stay there why should a customer pay to park if we opt to rent a room? Toilets kept getting clogged and there was visible microbial discoloration on shower ceiling. I would not recommend this place!
