Our room has visible food and crumbs under the bed. Smoke detector DETACHED from the wall on top of the cabinet. Our room door never shut all the way and could be pushed open without much force.

I don't know what it's like in the summer, but in the winter they just don't seem to care. We got to the breakfast area a half hour after they said it opened and we had to plug in the toaster and turn on the waffle maker. No juice of any kind. very small selection of food.
