Room clean didn’t eat breakfast and didn’t have a pet. But staff were friendly and courteous.

The temperature of the food could have been warmer. I suppose that's why there's a microwave in the area. The selection was good, even fresh fruit! The woman taking care of the Breakfast was very helpful, patient and kind.

Laura at the front desk is horribly rude. She tried to charge me because we weren’t checked in at 3pm on the dot, and then gave our rooms away again because we weren’t in town to check in exactly at 3pm. My husband questioned why we make reservations if the rooms were just given away, to which she said “hotel rooms are first come first serve”. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
