We are frequent travelers and were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness at this hotel. And within walking distance to The Battery with a number of different restaurants and bars. Highly recommend

The website listed a shuttle as an amenity, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. My husband is recovering from surgery, so I thought that would be helpful. But there was no shuttle. The parking lot is tiny, and the spaces are extremely narrow. We had to round the lot and settle on a spot to back into so that the backup cameras helped. Couldn’t get out, had to try again but closer to the vehicle on our passenger side leaving no room for their driver to get in. I hope we left before them and that they were inconvenienced by us. There was no bathroom “door”. It was a sliding door with no lock. All that money we paid and we couldn’t lock a freaking bathroom door! The breakfast was okay, nothing to complain about or brag about. Very disappointed in how much it cost and NO SHUTTLE!
