Did not have breakfast. Would suggest breakfast starting a little earlier. Coffee machine is great as it grinds coffee beans for each cup, however it took a long time to get a cup of coffee. The parking was sufficient and felt safe.

Breakfast was meh ac broke some staff were so rude wifi barely worked some staff were amazing others were not we had to switch rooms bc they could not get the room cooled down Pool was freezing no change table in bathroom in pool area

We checked in on Thursday, moved room on Friday because AC not working. The room we moved to was just right across. We made a few trips back and firth to move our stuffs. We were there for our daughter dance competition and was rushing to leave to watch her. We ended up forgetting a plug in thermos in the first room. My husband went to the front desk on Saturday to let them know that we left a plug in thermos in the 1st room. The customer service rep opened the first room for my husband to check but nothing was there. That was Saturday, the receptionist said she will asks the head of the house keeper and get back to us. We continued with our day going back and firth to our daughter dance competition. Saturday late afternoon we came back to the hotel, my husband went to the front desk to see if they foind the thermos. Another customer service rep was there so he had to explained the whole situation again. She callled someone and said they will get back to us. Which never happen. Sunday morning around 8:20am my husband went to the front desk again after dropping our daughter at the competition. The first customer service rep was there she said she needs to ask the headcof the cleaner and that they are not there until 9am. So we waited in our room until 10:15am still nothing. We had to check out by 11am. Managements helped to look for the plug in thermos but couldn't find it. Very disappointed! Someone cleaned the first room after we moved. Thermos missing?!
