I arrived at the hotel at 4:30 PM and checked into the hotel. As soon as I walked into the room I noticed the bed had no sheets or blankets or pillow cases on it. The room was clearly not ready. I walked back to the front desk and the front desk staff called someone on his cell phone. He made us wait for almost 20 minutes while housekeeping cleaned the room instead of just checking us into another room that was ready. The room wasn't in the best condition. The tub cracked every time we stepped and had a big dip in it, and felt like it was going to fall through the floor at any moment. The shower head was cracked and water sprayed everywhere when running the shower. We didn't see any bugs, so that's good. the continental breakfast was mediocre at best. The waffles were probably the only edible thing there. The eggs and bacon and sausage was horrible. The muffins were cold and sticky. This hotel served its purpose, but was far from 'comfort'. Don't have high expectations, let alone mid expectations.
