Staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel under construction so not up to the high standards of before. Looking forward to all there upgrades.will be back.

I am really disgutted on my stay and I am blaming Hotel.com and the hotel Quality Inn. No mention on web site there was no pool , no WIFI . One receptionnist said WIFI is OK the other one said not working for 3 days. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom I had to call the reception. No glass in the room. How can you advertise on your site without warning people of these problems. You should refund your customer for force Quality Inn to give a credit .

The Hotel was partially under construction, which is fine but they were not able to keep an acceptable level of service during this and should have been closed. Many of the advertised facilities were closed like the fitness center, sauna, conference room, elevator and lobby washroom facilities. The pool area was absolutely disgusting with black mold and green algae growing throughout the area. The entire building was dirty and clearly neglected maintenance for many years. The rooms were in terrible shape, our original room had the smoke alarm and heat detectors taped over. We were moved to a different room only to find that all heat detectors were taped over in the hallway of the entire first floor. They staff were very rude to us throughout the entire stay. When we asked for clean towels we were given bath mats and told that was all they had available. The breakfast was terrible. The food that was there was limited and dry foods were stale. They have additional security in the evenings into the night and you are essentially expected to stay in your room with the door closed since there are no other rooms you can congregate in. It felt like an asylum or a prison. I’m not typically one to complain but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If anything local Fire Prevention officer should be notified of how this property is operating.
