I received a call from Hampton 4 hours before check-in saying their hotel did not have any rooms and I they had already transferred my reservations to another hotel. One that I would’ve never stayed or booked. I was not given the option to choose my own hotel or get a refund because I had booked through a third party. The elevator at the transferred hotel was broken the night of our concert so my wheelchair bound companion had to wait for assistance down the stairs. We were running late for the concert. Very disappointed in how that was handled.
