Room was filthy, there was a roach there to greet me when I put my stuff on the counter. A/C unit was extremely loud, i could hear it over my noise canceling headphones. It also had nerds candly half melted in the a/c unit slots. Gross. Despite drugs, i couldn't sleep. Glad they're knocking this place down.

Checked in Friday night, from the start, experience was awful. The room was SO HOT. The ac unit fluctuated up and down for an hour after I turned it down to get cooler. Any time I opened my sliding door to go to my balcony, that split second of air in the room only made it hotter. The bathtub was stained yellow so I didn’t even feel comfortable showering here. There was a red stain on the floor by the desk and something gross stuck to the inside of the desk. My boyfriend and I managed to fall asleep around midnight only to be disturbed by a man asking if we ordered taxi service at 12:30 AM???? My boyfriend and I were too hot to stay in the room at that point, I felt so uncomfortable I cried, we had to leave at 1 in the morning to take a drive just to get some ac and give the room more time to cool without us in it. We returned at 4 am and the room was only slightly cooler. We were disturbed again around 9 am by a woman knocking at the door, we don’t know what she was saying, we didn’t bother to answer the door, we said NO GO AWAY. We were exhausted from our long drive to Orlando and not sleeping well from the heat. Went to front desk Saturday morning and requested to switch rooms, was told there were no rooms available but that she could send someone to look at our unit and fix it and if we were disturbed any more we could call and they’d send security. No one ever came to fix it. There are 10 buildings in this resort I believe? Out of TEN bldgs, NO rooms? Absolutely awful.
