This is the worse hotel stay ive ever had. Water on the elevator floor, room had not been clean. All the hotel doors and furniture has cracks, holes, and stains on them. The toilet has rust stains where u sit and inside. The towels have pubic hair, the shower curtain is stained. The heat stop working in the middle of the night! I stayed at this sane property in the past and it wasnt this bad. What happened??? I need a refund!! This is unacceptable!! I have pics upon check in to confirm everything Im saying

The pool and hot tub were great. Pool water was a little cold. However, the second floor smelled of marijuana the entire time we stayed there. To the point to where it started to cause issues with my child who has asthma. It even smelled all the way to the first floor by the stairs. I was informed nothing could be done by the gentlemen who checked us out this morning. The breakfast wasn’t that great either. The cinnamon rolls were rock hard. I truly believe I should get a refund

The parking was fine. Staff was poor. Noone was at the front desk when I arrived. And then I was given a dirty room. Then the room I was given did not have a refrigerator and the microwave didnt work. Then the next day, the staff questioned me about whether or not my service animal was actually a service animal because the staff member never entered any notes.
