Had a lovely stay but it was lacking in staff. My room was fine but noisy in the evenings.

A good location and clean comfy room, but the hotel itself seems to be on the decline, with the pub very poorly patronised. Good beer, but no food available at any time, staff only in evidence (at the bar) during pub opening times. Parking available and handy for exploring the area. Inexpensive, so maybe to be expected, but could easily be better.
