Rooms weren’t ready on time. No towels, no shower curtain. Terrible management, I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel is average to below average in quality. Average cleanness with bathroom floor dirty and stained carpet in the room. The phone was not working in the room to call for towels to the front desk. There was a random wired box dangling off the wall. Also the hotel was unprepared for guests. They ran out of sheets and towels. Staff said it was due to limited number of working washers and dryers. The hotel was understaffed and the manager not on the property. The staff on the property were doing the best they could and were overwhelmed with all the guests wanting to check in. I tried to inquire about the town car/limo service that is stated as one of their services but the hotel stated they do not fulfill that service listed on hotels.com. This hotel is overpriced for the quality and service.
