Enjoyed our visit, just disappointed that they didn't tell us there was a deposit. I didn't know about it until I checked my bank statement. They said it would be refunded but we'll see

Never Stay There. I was waiting for this Review, booked 3 nites, after the 2nd Nite found another place to stay. #1 1st nite Multiple wake up called never requested. Asked Front Desk, to check it there were something showing, Call after call , she said their ways nothing, Ok now 2nd nite , after the 1st wake up call , removed Phone from desk top , was pissed , now 2 days without sleep, on a Job that requires focus and attention, and alertness. Next morning back to Front Desk to Inquire, After explaining, was nit comfortable with explanation, still showing no requested wake up call. So, I stayed somewhere else my 3rd and Final nite at my expense. Now I will back up , to the First Morning Breakfast. Terrible, Cold Coffee, Milk had not been restocked, at 7:00am approximately, Biscuits in a bag , hard as a Hockey Puck. Now , to save any else from a Bad Experience, I say , Stay somewhere else. My Name is William Cady , booked 2 rooms, Just to show , this is not anonymous. And I book at least 150 rooms per year, This was worse Hospitality Hotel, I had ever been too, Their is more to this , but Figured this was enough.
