Scary location with a lot of crime. Outdated hotel that smells. I had to switch rooms because the toilet would not flush. Window AC units barely worked and small hard bed. Elevator would scare you and the so called breakfast you could not eat. Foreign owned and this is the same in most foreign owned hotels. They don’t keep it up and they all use the cleaning solution that stinks.

The Internet did not work and I was on a business trip. The hotel argued with me and made me pay for a night to cancel even though I was only there three hours. The hotel is dated and has small rooms. It was centrally located and had a parking lot in back.
