The hotel is very cute. We stayed in the Santa Barbara casita and would definitely stay there again. The room was large with a separate seating area with a fireplace and the bathroom was very nice. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the harbor. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The fireplace wasn't working when we initially arrived. The manager on duty reminded us to use a card to turn on services, which we did. It worked at first, but we returned after dinner only to find it not working again. It was very cold in the morning and neither the fireplace nor the heater worked! After calling the morning manager to come out to the room herself to see what was needed, she saw that it needed the handyman to come in from home and take care if it. He eventually came and addressed the matter and repaired the system. I believe we should be compensated in some way for this.
