Drove 4 hours to stay in the area for a concert in celebration of our daughter's 16th birthday. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no room for us after booking months in advance. Instead of calling us to tell us there was an issue with our room, we were stranded in a town that had no vacancy within 30 miles less than $1k for the night. The front desk staff offered points to make up for the loss which was no help. We missed our dinner reservations, had to cancel all other plans and were late to the concert as we had to scurry around trying to find a place to get ready. Extremely disappointed in this hotel and how they did nothing to make it right.

Our room was insanely dirty. Our bedding was stained, had hair under the comforter. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets. Weird stains on the couch. The pull out for the couch didn’t even work. I only gave this place 2 stars because of the staff, they were wonderful. I don’t think I’ll stay here again on my next trip to the city.
