The staff were great but the hotel needs some attention It is possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room was freezing, the radiators must be on a timer. A deep clean of the carpets etc would help with the smell. The flooring in the shower looks like a cattle grid rather than an ensuit. The furniture is very dated and cheap. The TV on the wall is positioned incorrectly as you cannot see the picture if you are lying in bed. It is a shame as the location is great especially with on site parking. As I said the staff were great but you could increase your income by investing in upgrading the property.
