From mid-June to mid-September, you can sunbathe beside the outdoor swimming pool before exploring the ocean and forest at Lacanau Océan. Many water sports, family activities are located near the residence. Lake Lacanau, said the Moutchic is located 10min by car. From Sunday to Friday: 9:00 - 12:00 and 15:00 - 18:00. And Saturday from 9:00 -12:00 and 14:00 - 19:00

The closeness to the beach is great. The appartement is clean, but the complex as a whole has seen better days. You might expect a bit more beauty and comfort for such a high price.

We have just returned from a four night stay at Pierre & Vacances Residence Bleu at Lacanau Ocean. My husband, our dog and I stayed in a ground floor one bedroom apartment. It was very small, dark and very tired though clean and well organised. We found no access to the wifi and had to contact reception during its very limited hours; we were told we needed to have a ‘wifi box’ to access it and had to go to reception to pick it up. Once obtained it worked well. I would have appreciated being told of this at check in and been offered the dongle. During our stay the dishwasher stopped working and I was able to report it to reception through their online messaging system. It was replaced within hours without any fuss which we appreciated. The beach access was great, a path led out the back of the complex to the coast path. I think if one was aware of the downsides the accommodation was alright though I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend or stay again myself. Perhaps a unit higher up would have made a difference?
