We had a wonderful time at Davis House Inn over the Thanksgiving holiday. It has a great location, near the Indian River and close to lots of good restaurants. There's a nice deck with lounge chairs that makes a good place for reading outside. Kyle was as friendly as everyone says and had great advice on local restaurants. I wish we had had more time to talk with him--he is an interesting person I would like to get to know. The suites are cleverly arranged, with a sitting area (sofa, recliner, coffee table, and petite kitchen table) separated from the bedroom by a 4- or 5-foot wall. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator to keep our Dr Pepper chilled. There are more mirrors than you could possibly imagine! It is secluded enough that it is quiet, and I liked the fact that our TV was in an outer corner of our suite, so we didn't have to worry about having it too loud for other guests, since it was on the outside corner of the building. There was a smaller TV in the bedroom as well. A comfy place to relax, and I hope we come back again!

Clean as a whistle and reminded me of an era gone by in Florida hotels...nicely furnished and decorated with nice little touches in the room. The owner, Kyle, couldn't have been nicer or more patient when we lost our keys at 10:00 PM at night! Delightful stay!!! Will definitely stay again.
