Room was cold and smelled mould although it looked no mould. Somehow managed to turn on the heater. Toilet was dirty and looked like a portaloo in the construction site, very small. Didn’t feel like having shower as shower was also similar to the toilet, small.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay on 14/02/2026. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and shared facilities was completely unacceptable. The bed had not been made properly on arrival, and the room itself did not appear to have been cleaned to a reasonable standard. The sink area in the room was wet, which further suggested it had not been prepared properly for new guests. Most concerning, however, were the shared bathroom facilities. There were entire toilet rolls flushed down the toilet, human waste left in the bowl, urine on the toilet seat, and the overall area was dirty and unhygienic. This made the facilities unusable and created a very uncomfortable stay. I booked this accommodation expecting a clean and hygienic environment. The condition I encountered fell far below an acceptable standard. We was in the room for just 30 minutes before we left and found a new hotel which was a huge inconvenience. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. I had travelled 5 hours from down south expecting a nice stay. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this matter.
