Very friendly staff. The rooms and bathrooms although small are clean and comfortable. The pool is also smaller than we thought but the outdoor area is nice and well kept. We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening. The menu is limited but the food is very good. There is ample free parking. I'm not sure it rates as a three star hotel as there are no fridges or kettles in the rooms. There is also no elevator which is inconvenient for rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors although the staff were helpful and offered to give us a hand with our luggage.

I would suggest staying somewhere else. The first room they gave us, despite there being almost no one else staying, was on the top floor, up two flights of circular stairs. Not the kind of stairs you want to carry luggage up and down. Then we tried to turn on a light behind the bed and it not only blew out, it blew out all the lights in the room. Tiny room, BTW. So we moved to a room on the ground floor, which was very slightly larger, apparently a wheelchair accessible room. It had a shower which was simple open to the entire bathroom, with no curtain. Luckily we didn't need showers, because the room was cold. The in room thermostat only goes up to where it's set by the management, which was far too cold. I had to go out to reception, hunt down someone in the back rooms, and get them to turn it up. That worked a little better, but barely, and soon returned to just bring far too cold. The pillows were small, and no extras for sitting up in bed, and the beds were uncomfortable. And instead of the one piece duvet that virtually all French hotels sensibly use, this had sheet, thin blanket, and a thin bedspread. No extras, and that arrangement can never be as clean; it also tends to get jumbled, making the night even colder and less comfortable. I would suggest almost anywhere else; even the cheapies like f1 would be better.
