1. Unsafe location 2. The rooms on the website have to be AI Generated. They look nothing like the pictures when you get there. Very sketchy. The first room assigned did not look clean in, addition a large picture above the headboard was laying on the bed. The 2nd room the door was already open. The excuse was "housekeeping must have forgotten to close it. The top deadbolt was missing a part. We were told maintenance could come right away and replace the missing part. The 3rd room smelled stale and there was water damage in the ceiling. 3. When we arrived to check in there was a disgruntle employee in the lobby causing a commotion because she was just fired. She was yelling and causing a scene. That left an uneasy feeling with the state of the world. We didn't know if she would return. 4. The manager gave excuses and kept saying "this can happen anywhere." He did offer to put us in a suite but at this point it was time to go. He agreed to give us a full refund.

Property was just okay. Would not have been first choice. Just an older outdated property. TV reception and channel availability was not good. Mattress was like sleeping on a box spring. Not comfortable at all. None of the ice machines on any floor were not working.
