Room had bed bugs, I asked for a refund they said they would give but I still haven’t recieved any money back

In the morning after my stay I had four small bites clustered together on my neck. By the second day it was clear I had bed bug bites. Over the next two days the number of bytes exploded to 60 as I took the critters with me. I'm now looking at at least 120 days of isolating possessions to try to prevent this from continuing when I get home.
