I hate to leave bad reviews, so let me start with saying the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby was nice enough. However, we had no hot water in the shower. We did not report this until check out, so I don't know if we would have been moved to another room if we'd have reported earlier. Additionally, there was some sticky goo all over the TV remote as well as something that looked like melted ice cream all over the inside of the freezer section of the mini fridge. My son also killed a small roach in our room. We only saw the one, but I'm ridiculously afraid of roaches so it was a big deal for me. We got a really good deal on the room rate, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The room is in bad condition, one small bar of soap, sink had no stopper, no phone to call in case of emergency, the tv had no remote so I had to figure out a button underneath was the Controls. Would never stay there again.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived at around 1am. For that reason I could not get key for my room that I have booked.
