We were upgraded to 2 bedroom suite. It was a lovely place with all the amenities more than enough for a night’s stay. The staff was simply awesome and we loved our stay. Will definitely book again future.

I routinely book hotels via Hotels.com. I accidentally reserved a room here on the wrong date and immediately messaged the hotel asking if they could please cancel/adjust/credit for my future (accurate) date and they were not willing to be a human and treat me like a human - i.e. - have courtesy and discretion.
