We stayed 3 nights. On the last night, 8-10 year old baseball players were there for games. We were in room 324 and the children in the room above were unattended. They jumped on and off the bed and sounded like they were wrestling and body slamming each other on the floor. This went on from about 9 pm until midnight. We called the front desk 3 times and asked that something be done. The desk clerk even told my husband on the 2nd call that the father said he went up and spoke to the children about it. It did calm down for about 10 minutes and then started again. When we checked out on Sunday morning, my husband asked to speak to the general manager. The desk clerk said he was not there but she was the desk manager. She apologized but said there is nothing that can be done about the noise. Perhaps the hotel should have a rule against unattended minors & if the parties are unruly, they should be asked to leave, so travelers can get some rest. The rest of the staff was great-Jillian and Tristan were outstanding. The room was clean. The breakfast was not fresh. I will not be returning to your hotel the next time I am in Statesboro.
