Overall great! We loved it and will be back. Staff was very helpful, the room was cozy, and you can’t beat the location! Only a 5 minute walk to downtown. Only downside was we kept finding so many flies, and a couple bees in our room. They were all by the windows so we assume the windows aren’t in properly or something. Only felt like a minor inconvenience though for what we got!

Historic building, small but quaint & comfy room. Tiny but very clean bathroom & shower. Staff informed us of small rooms & bathrooms in advance. Staff was very helpful & wanted to make our stay with them & Newport enjoyable. Staff advised us about restaurant week & made helpful suggestions. Highly recommend a stay here.
