The hotel is being renovated but the care and concern of the mess where people are staying is not there. We walked thru dusty hallways, rode on dirty dusty elevators and there was dust in the air from them demoing the room right next to ours. I respect Hotels need to be updated and appreciate that being done. But I have stayed in places where you barely knew it was happening. I also was told when I called that breakfast was 6-10 every day but then they did not have it until 7 on Saturday and Sunday which we had a volleyball tournament and had to leave early. When I called corporate offices and guest services did not get any help. Highly recommend waiting until renovations are done.

Worst hotel stay ever. Room was changed with no notice and were unable to accommodate my family. The Hampton guarantee is a myth. They did not even attempt to make me 100% happy.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was polite. I will stay here again if I’m in the area.
