We booked this room as a last resort and were totally surprised. The room was small, but we were only staying for one night. Everything was clean. However, this is a no frills hotel. You do not get kleenex, shampoo, hair dryer or other amenities such as breakfast bars. Parking was ample and very clean and we felt safe. On short notice, would definitely stay again.

The first room the AC was broken. After an hour, we were given a new room. That room at dark had a bug infestation outside from the lighting. Because the bottom of the door to the room had a large gap at the bottom the bugs (over 75) were on the ceiling, floors and in our personal items. The owner refused to do anything about it and stated that this is normal for the Culpepper area. I've stayed in Culpepper before and NO this is not usual.
