Checking in was great, location was in the middle of downtown just so happened there was a beerfest happening on the street outside the hotel. My only small drawback was no onsite parking however there was a lot of street public and private parking

Hotel ideally located if you want to go to the convention center. All things considered, this hotel isn't so bad. I was very disappointed with the hotel, especially on my return trip, which I had booked through Hotels.com. When I got back to France, I noticed that €25 had been charged to my account in addition to the advance payment I had already made at the time of booking. When I checked out, I wasn’t told anything about this invoice other than that an email would be sent to the address I had provided at the time of booking. Back in France, I hadn’t received any message and discovered this €25 charge on my account. I therefore tried to contact the hotel to receive an invoice for this amount. The hotel representative I spoke with, who was very unfriendly, refused to address the issue and referred me to Expedia without explaining the reason for this charge, telling me to contact Expedia for an explanation and to receive the invoice—which is inappropriate and unacceptable given the situation. I find this very dishonest and am losing confidence in Sheraton and Hotels.com!
