Beds were flat and had a steel plate that would make a loud noise when someone moved. The ice machine on the 3rd floor is the only one that worked. The worker said it was a pain for him to fill the free water with ice every day. Use Google reviews not Hotel.com reviews when looking for a place to stay.

Hot breakfast items were cold well before end of breakfast time frame. Went out for the day and came back to no turndown service. New towels were left, but bed sheets were not replaced or adjusted. Walls were so thin we could hear the kids next door screaming all morning from 6am on. Overall not the best experience for what the claimed to excell at.

Clean room, staff were kind and helpful, good location for us to easily get to Kettering Hospital. Beds were a bit firm for our liking, but not too bad. Would stay again!
