The room was nice and clean. The Hotel worker that checked us in asked if we would want a handicapped accessible room, which I gladly accepted. I had a broken foot and my husband has issues with balance. We were very disappointed with the walk in shower. It was very narrow and the floor sloped down to the drain and it was very slippery. The shower curtain wasn't long enough and water sprayed out onto the floor making it very slippery. The shower head was a detachable one at shoulder level so you had to hold it to get water on yourself and had to make sure it was pointed towards the back wall so water would not go everywhere. Also had the shower curtain so close it just stuck to you while trying to wash off. Along with the water pressure going in and out. It was a very negative shower experience. On another note, the luggage carts were in poor shape and extremely hard to maneuver. Just will not return to this location again.

From the minute I walked in, the hotel reeked of a marajuana smell, elevator was the worst. Yet all the desk clerk, who had zero personality could say was NO SMOKING and NO PETS - Hotel is in bad need a major remodel. Water stains everywhere on carpet. Not to mention bathroom walls. it’s right outside of a large Gentleman’s Club, so evidently they get their business from there. This will be our first and last experience with Comfort Inn - we will go out of our way to find a HILTON from here on out.
