Unfortunately our experience was mixed. The room itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there was really loud music playing until late at night, which really wasn’t ideal for a family room. It made it difficult to relax and get the children to sleep. There was also a noticeable bad smell in the room, likely because it was located above the kitchen. It’s a shame because the room and staff were great, but the late-night noise significantly impacted our stay. For a hotel offering family rooms, better soundproofing or stricter control of late-night music really needs to be addressed to prevent this from happening to other guests.
