Stay information

Location, Location, Location! Welcome to The Inn at Park Spring! Formerly the Park Spring Bed & Breakfast, we dropped the breakfast to serve VRBO guests near and far as a boutique hotel.

ROOM 1: This traditionally appointed room features original hardwood floors on which a queen size bed sits. Adding to the comfort of this bright & sunny room is two sitting areas & a marble ensuite bathroom (w/ double shower heads!). The room also comes with one off street parking spot a block away.

The space:
This historic home was built in the early 1800s and has served many purposes. What started as a single family home turned into an antique store, then converted to a rooming house, morphed into a bed and breakfast in the 1980's, and dropped the breakfast to serve VRBO guests near and far.

The location of the Inn at Park Spring cannot be beat. We are located downtown, just a half mile walk to the center of the Old Port. Our neighborhood offers you a central spot located in the heart of the arts district, on the edge of the tranquil west end neighborhood, and just a stones throw to museums, art galleries, theaters, restaurants, shops, and bars.

With just six guest rooms, our inn offers a peaceful stay, satisfying social guests or those seeking solace. Each private room, with private ensuite bath, is furnished with a queen sized bed, white noise machine, a reading chair (or couch depending on the room), and a mini fridge.

A Smart TV is provided should guests have their own streaming services. *no cable or streaming service is provided by the host*

Five guest rooms share the sitting room located on the first floor which has a coffee station and luggage nook for guests who need storage before and/or after check out.

This was a lovely Inn! Our stay was absolutely perfect! From the amazing communication regarding parking and other details to the character and cleanliness of the Inn, we loved every minute. The recommendation they provided for The Little Tap House was a huge bonus for us to have a relaxing evening and great dinner close to the Inn. We would definitely stay here again!

We liked our room. Clean, quiet, good decor. The somewhat very big drawback was no hot water! We only stayed one night so gave up on being able to wash our hands and face and did not attempt a shower. I texted that we didn't have hot water as we were checking out. The host responded that they recently got a new hot water heater and she wondered if I could help her by answering some questions. She said it can take 5 to 7 minutes!!! Well, I let the water run a long time, but not that long. Why wasn't this information posted? I also am dubious about if it would have gotten hot at all. I think a partial refund would have been fair, but it was not offered.Later that day I had a waiter dump a large glass of ice water all over me. Maybe just not my time to be warm.
