The reception area staff need to be much more friendly. They barely spoke to me when I came in and acted way too formal and "stiff." You can be a 5 star property but still greet your guests warmly especially when they're producing the revenue that I did (massages, dinner for 8, 2 rooms including a grand guest suite, etc.) The bathroom in Room 13 needs to be updated - the ceiling paint was chipped and falling down ...the fixtures are outdated. For the room rate charged, guests should expect nicer bathroom decor and fixtures. The chef should be a little more innovative with the guest breakfast menu - it is a bit dated.
