This family-friendly home is fully equipped with everything you need and offers 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. **** Local laws require that a minimum of 30 days be blocked per booking, regardless of how long a guest stays. We understand that booking an entire month may not be needed. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Additionally, the Homeowners Association requires that all bookings have a lease. We will send a message with the terms of the lease after booking. The State of Hawaii requires a 17.25% transient tax to be collected from every booking.
The only onsite security camera is located on the doorbell at the front door.
