We are a nature-based resort near Mt. Mitchell, the tallest mountain east of the Mississippi. Our 17 rooms/suites sleep 46+ in 27 beds and our Main Lodge is a awesome spot for folks to gather for dinner, games, receptions, parties, and more! We have a huge Community Kitchen for self-catering, or a large commercial kitchen for catering and personal chefs. We also have a yoga studio, a Healing House to book massage or other wellness sessions. We have 28 acres of land to explore, which includes two streams, a spring, a pond, multiple hammocks, three fire pits, a social deck, and lots of space to explore. We're just off the pristine South Toe River (for water holes and tubing) and near Mt. Mitchell Golf Club, as well as Mt. Mitchell State Park and a ton of world-class hiking trails. Mount Mitchell Eco Retreat is a fantastic destination for friend and family reunions, yoga and wellness retreats, weddings, corporate retreats, and more.
