Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Milano Lodge - Cozy Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The washer and dryer are ONLY available to long-term guests with stays of a week or longer. Room rates are for up to 6 (six) guests. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately $50 USD per night and no extra beds will be provided.
