Staff were very friendly, but our room was not clean when we got there, floor had a big stain on it, could tell it hadn’t been swept in a while either, bathroom shower had stains and hair in it and toilet was definitely not spotless, counters/bedside tables were sticky had stains and had dust on them. We asked for our room to be cleaned the next day and it was better but still wasn’t great, only had swept the immediate walkways and some of the countertops were still dirty. They also don’t have a blow dryer in the rooms and only have 3 in the entire hotel. Not an awesome experience I probably won’t be back.

We asked multiple times for someone to come during the day and switch out the sheets, take out the trash, and we went down probably every night (we were there 6 nights) an asked for new towels. We NEVER got any of that. We had to ask for more toilet paper, had to ask for a broom so WE could sweep our room, and we ended up going to the store and got our own towels to use because we were never given new ones. Our daughter had a bloody nose one night and the staff gave us new linens, but we wouldn’t have gotten them had we not had blood all over the ones we had. And on top of everything, we were charged $2 a day for linen service. What! Do not recommend, we were not cared for- it was like we were an after thought. And not all the staff was knowledgeable on the property- the lady who checked us in told me it was $74 a night for parking- even when everywhere is says that it’s free. Anyways- I don’t recommend. I would like actually to have some money taken off of our sta since it was a bad experience.

There was urine all over my couch, the room smelled like urine and strong chemicals. The manager never got back to me. They refused to give me a refund and hotels.com did not give me a refund. I left the hotel within 1 hour of checkin after escalating it to the local staff and hotels.com and i still have never received a refund. This is unexceptable. The hotels.com staff said the policy said there is no refunds... even if there is urine all over the room. This is unbelievable and I will never use this service again. Dogs were barking all throughout the hall and this place was unable to refund me nor change or clean my room.
