Excellent Hotel, friendly staff and very clean and tidy. Only issue is reception is not staffed 24hrs so could be a problem for some, but didn’t cause us any issues.

Bad service by some of the staff, maybe due to my lack of German. Light rooms, which prevented me from sleeping later than till 5 o'clock, as it was close to midsummer. The staff promised to do something on the second day to block the light from the windows, but nothing happened, and it was then ignored in its entirety. WARNING: Do not go here if you cannot sleep with a lot of light coming in through the windows!!
