This stay was okay but I won't look for this Hotel next time I come to Indianapolis this would be a last choice option.My blanket had blood stain on it go to get new one it had like a pee stain on it so end up not using a blanket at all.The toilets are terrible they are kid size toilets the most uncomfortable toilet I ever seen and last thing is I left my dirty linen on floor to get changed out for my next day use go to NCAA tournament come back in late that night and my dirty linen was still laying there so no clean linen for next morning but the lady working front desk was very apologize and got me my clean linen to use in the morning.

Hallway carpet needed vacuuming. My room had burnt out light bulbs. I booked a one bed room and they put me in a double bed room. Both beds had one side pushed up against a wall, so the person sleeping next to the wall had to climb over the other person to get in and out of bed. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work. I had to go to the front desk to get ice for my beverages. The front desk in the morning was very friendly and helpful and she gave me a small bag of ice from their back room and told me to come back if I needed more. Later that night, the night clerk told me they didn’t have an ice machine. I explained what had happened earlier that morning and he then told me that ice machine was out of ice without getting up from his seat behind the desk. I thanked him for checking for me.
