Room was still dirty. Mostly the kitchen counter and other counters. I was in a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes the whole time. Couldn’t air out because the bathroom fan wasn’t working. All in all what a waste of money. Most hotels are, but this one takes the cake.

My stay was absolutely horrific. Found two bed bugs in our room. Asked for a different room and could only provide us with a single bed room to accommodate, which we needed a double bed. Whole hotel is under remodel. Elevator doesn’t work, light fixtures in hallways are open and wires exposed to children and teens. Worst hotel experience in my life we had to leave and stay somewhere else. Attempted to get refund and personnel at desk apparently doesn’t know how either.

The rooms are renovated and cozy now. The receptionists are courteous and professional, most especially the lady, Zainab!
