The pool looked dirty. The pullout bed was so uncomfortable. It wasn’t at all what was advertised. I was under the impression our rooms where to be right next to each other and they in fact where not. And thy didn’t disclose that I would charged a refundable fee

I had to leave a day early because someone on the 3rd floor (the floor I was staying on) was smoking in their room and the front desk staff did nothing about it. I had to check out early due to a breathing condition and I needed to go home so I could have my breathing machine. I was not offered a new room until I packed all my things and went to the front desk to check out. The offer was not made when I originally made the complaint. The fact that anyone had to deal with that and not be offered a new room immediately, just shows that this property and their management do not care about the people that chose to book at their hotel. Shameful. I lost over $150 on this because I had to leave early due to someone smoking in their room, but the hotel will make money because they charge a cleaning fee.

Pool was cold. They also charge a 250.00 deposit, which is the most I've ever paid. Will not be using this location again.
