This superb family-run hotel offers excellent value for money and has a prime position in Llandudno overlooking the sea, with views of Snowdonia from the rear. It also offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The 80-acre Bodnant Gardens are less than 10 miles from the hotel and offer stunning landscapes and scenic views. The World Heritage Site of Conwy Castle is within 5 miles and Llandudno Rail Station can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Reception fine but the rest of the hotel could do with a spruce up - painting and decorating and recarpeting

Great hotel near the Bay that provided a really nice hotpot, water, instant coffee or tea, and biscuits which was greatly appreciated. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was updated with great shower.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The updated parts of the hotel are very nice however our room was very tired/outdated. Hopefully the renovation will continue so it will match the standard of hospitality .
