I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in 2024 to early 2025 and would have at that time given it a decent review. This stay however the property and service have gone way down hill. The room was surface level clean. However there was dust and dirty anywhere that wasn’t a regular wipe down. We ended up buying Lysol wipes and disinfectant spray to ease our concerns. There is also now a sign at the front desk saying each floor of the hotel only gets cleaned every other day. This results in people putting their trash in the bin in the hallway which also does not get emptied unless the front desk is called. It got emptied while on an off day due to it being overflowing which resulted in garbage debris being left all over the floor for a period of time. When we asked for clean towels we were told that we had to give the old towels first. Not a big deal but they expected us to bring them downstairs to them and retrieve the new ones. It was like this for everything as only one person was usually working. Since one person can’t physically maintain a multi floor hotel on their own, the property has gone significantly downhill. This used to be a great place to stay for the cost but I won’t ever be staying there again in the future.
